Subject: ZIP CODE tape

Somebody in California has ALL of Howard Freeman's
material, and a substantial body of work it is!
However, I can't, for the life of me, remember
who that is. I heard this from Chris Wilder,
who has dropped off the Internet, last I heard.
Chris and I worked on Hawks v. County of Butte,
which petitioned the U.S. Supreme Court for
a Writ of Mandamus to the Ninth Circuit; it was
denied.
