            PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT

We are seeking a generous donation of one (1) copy,
of the videotape "Waco: The Rules of Engagement,"
to accompany an Application to the District Court
of Texas State, for a judicial ORDER to Janet Reno to 
Show Cause why she should not be charged with conspiracy
to commit murder in the first degree.  The Plaintiffs
will be the People of the United States of America,
ex relatione Paul Andrew Mitchell;  Respondents will
be Janet Reno and Does 1 to 100.  

We could also use some financial help with docket fees, etc.  
The progress of this case now depends on you.  You may, 
if you wish, mail this videotape directly to the court librarian
at the county courthouse, McLennan county, Texas state.

A similar case is now docketed in Jeff Davis county,
wherein the People of the United States have sued
the United States et al.
