           PUBLIC NOTICE
          [please forward]

An evidentiary copy has been purchased
and mailed to the official court librarian
of the District Court of Texas state,
McLennan County, in which the city of Waco
is located. This has been done in anticipation
of a civil action, to be brought by the People
of the United States of America, ex rel.
Paul Andrew Mitchell, against Ms. Janet Reno,
for an ORDER to her to show cause why she and
her several accomplices should not be charged
with murder in the first degree, for incinerating
numerous children and innocent adults in the
conflagration which engulfed the Branch Davidian
complex in Waco, Texas. Thus, all extant copies
are now considered to be material evidence,
quite apart from any copyright disputes and/or
gag order(s) which may have been issued, with
or without authority. There were no death
warrants for those children, and the law does
not recognize impossibilities. Lex non cogit
impossibilia. This is our formal notice to all
interested party(s) of the People's specific intent
to submit a Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA")
request for the lawful death warrants which issued
prior to the deaths of the victims in question.
