For your information, I have no money in my
wallet today. I have been stiffed for over
$50,000 in honest legal fees, and the accountant
I hired last year ended up embezzling the last
$3,000 I had in the world at that point in time.
I have been able to eat, ONLY because of the
generous donations and personal loans which
I have received from various private and
confidential parties since then. I had to sue
that accountant, and a unanimous jury awarded
me the entire $3,000, not including costs to
prosecute the case. The defense attorney then
mailed a check to me, to satisfy the final judgment.
Without telling me, that attorney then stopped
payment on that check. When I went to his bank
to check on the availability of funds, the
Bank of America in downtown Tucson informed me
that there were sufficient funds, but that
the attorney, one Lawrence E. Condit of Tucson,
Arizona, had stopped payment on the check;
the reason he had given was "wrong amount."
The check he mailed to me was for the exact amount
of the judgment; this I immediately confirmed by
going BACK to the Clerk of Court, to be absolutely
sure of the exact amount.
So, your remarks here are vicious lies, which are
most likely based on still more vicious lies.
There is, evidently, nothing sacred in the life
of the individual who made this statement, and
this does, indeed, make me extremely sad,
particularly at this point in time, on the
very eve of Thanksgiving Day.
You can be sure that there are many government
employees, and lying agents of government, who
are supremely overjoyed that they have succeeded
in taking every single penny of mine.
But, you see, the Holy Bible has already told us,
in very plain words, that the love of money is
the root of all evil. If they think this temporary
success of theirs is somehow going to stop me, or
discourage me, in any way, they are all tragically
and sadistically wrong.
Dead wrong.
When the dirt is piled on top of their coffins,
I do hope their dead bodies are packed tightly
among an immense collection of Federal Reserve Notes,
properly bundled and labeled by Brinks Armored
Car Services, winches lowering their flowered
tombs deep into the fertile earth, never to make
contact with the Most High, ever again, as their
souls writhe amid plasma sulfur seething through
their rotten veins.
