If these people would just stop and think, about the horrific implications of the Grace Commission, they would come to realize, perhaps too late, that the money collected by the IRS is being laundered into the pockets of foreign bankers or, worse, is being used to bribe judges and prosecutors to foment indictments and convictions of "illegal tax protestors." Of course, this term cannot survive the obvious constitutional challenge, because the First Amendment preserves protest inviolate. Thus, the tax must be illegal, not the protest, and certainly not the protestors. Confer at "barratry" in Black's Law Dictionary, for the rest of the story. /s/ Paul Mitchell, Candidate for Congress http://supremelaw.com At 10:31 AM 12/16/97 GMT, you wrote: >On Tuesday, 16 December, Mike Moxley <mmoxley@foto.infi.net> forwarded: > >> Many Americans believe that by supporting the Welfare State, they >> are fulfilling God's great commandment to "love thy neighbor as >> thyself." > >Speaking of loving thy neighbor, there was an article in the Wash >Times yesterday about crippling and nonsensical federal regulations >faced by charities, replete with good examples of simple charitable >acts rendered impossible by regulation. > >Carl > > > >=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= >Unsub info - send e-mail to majordomo@majordomo.pobox.com, with >"unsubscribe liberty-and-justice" in the body (not the subject) >Liberty-and-Justice list-owner is Mike Goldman <whig@pobox.com> > > =========================================================================== Paul Andrew Mitchell, Sui Juris : Counselor at Law, federal witness 01 B.A.: Political Science, UCLA; M.S.: Public Administration, U.C.Irvine 02 tel: (520) 320-1514: machine; fax: (520) 320-1256: 24-hour/day-night 03 email: [address in tool bar] : using Eudora Pro 3.0.3 on 586 CPU 04 website: http://supremelaw.com : visit the Supreme Law Library now 05 ship to: c/o 2509 N.
