I have discovered a relatively unknown case on Richard McDonald's
electronic bulletin board system:  People v. Boxer, California Supreme
Court, filed in December of 1992.  Does anybody know whatever happened
to it?  It was a Petition for Writ of Mandamus to compel her to witness the
evidence against the 16th Amendment.  Was it ever appealed higher?
What did Boxer do, if anything?  Private email answers are encouraged.
