Hi Friends,

Richard McDonald has asked me to inform
the members of this list that Troescher
is a 14th Amendment [sic] citizen and
taxpayer.  Richard inferred that from 
the court's use of the term "taxpayer."
Accordingly, his "privilege" of not
being a witness against himself is a
franchise privilege authorized by the
privileges and immunities clause in the
14th Amendment.  The existence of such
a clause, in addition to 4:2:1, is 
further proof that there are two (2) 
separate classes of citizenship in 
America.  Otherwise, there would have
been no need for a second privileges
and immunities clause in the 14th.
