Thanks for the information.
If you do succeed in developing
a relationship that you trust,
find a way casually to ask how
many IRS levies are being paid
by that bank in any given week.
We are doing research on this
subject, and one local bank
in Tucson is routinely honoring
300 IRS account levies PER WEEK,
all in violation of U.S. v. O'Dell.
