The original post reads "IRC" because
it refers to the "Internal Revenue Code,"
which is not the same thing as the "IRS",
not the last time I looked, at any rate :)
Furthermore, the IRC is not the same as
Title 26 either. One has been enacted
into law, the other has not. See Title 1,
United States Code, for details.
