Many thanks to one of our SLS clients
for reporting the new URL for the
Eisenhower study entitled "Jurisdiction
Over Federal Areas within the States."

This is a massive study which documented
the true extent of federal jurisdiction
within the several States of the Union.

If you don't know about this study, by
all means, do spend the time reading
at least the introductory chapters.

A good summary of same can be found in
the first one-third of Chapter 11 in
"The Federal Zone," which quotes the
most important paragraphs from the 
introduction and executive summary.
