See, for example, Article I, Section 2, Clause 2: "No Person shall be a Representative ...." In law, there is a huge difference between "person" and "Person." See the so-called Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1, by comparison. The whole purpose of my post was to show that the judge sued himself, and committed a high misdemeanor in the process. Moreover, the Clerk committed an act of mail fraud to invoice me for the docket and filing fee ($105).
