At the discretion of the jury, a party guilty of treason shall spend the rest of his (her) days inside a 20-foot high chain link fence, topped with concertina wire and electrified with 440 volts, where grass and other organic matter shall be available for consumption. A tent and clothes shall be optional, again at the discretion of the jury. A sign shall be posted: don't throw garbage; we have enough inside here already. /s/ Paul Mitchell p.s. It is probably unconstitutional, for violating the prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment; but, it does have a certain "political" appeal to suggest such an amendment. ======================================================================== Paul Andrew, Mitchell, B.A., M.S. : Counselor at Law, federal witness email: [address in tool bar] : Eudora Pro 3.0.1 on Intel 586 CPU web site: http://www.supremelaw.com : library & law school registration ship to: c/o 2509 N.
