Boxer fell totally silent, activating estoppel by acquiescence, pursuant to Carmine v. Bowen, 64 A. 932 (1906). Her silence was also a fraud, pursuant to U.S. v. Tweel, 559 F.2d 297, 299 (1977), because she had a legal and a moral duty to speak, by virtue of her solemn oath of office (which is a matter of record in the House Congressional Record). The evidence is currently in the possession and/or control of Martin J. "Red" Beckman, of Billings, Montana state, and Bill Benson, of Illinois state, co-authors of "The Law That Never Was," volumes I and II. My photocopies were destroyed in a heavy rain storm, which caused my documents to become rain-soaked. I hope this helps. /s/ Paul Mitchell ======================================================================== Paul Andrew, Mitchell, B.A., M.S. : Counselor at Law, federal witness email: [address in tool bar] : Eudora Pro 3.0.1 on Intel 586 CPU web site: http://www.supremelaw.com : library & law school registration ship to: c/o 2509 N.
