Federal Grand Jury Update:

It looks as if the Oklahoma state grand jury
has been given the green light by the
Oklahoma state Supreme Court. This is yet
another major setback for United States
(federal government) grand jury procedures,
which were found to be unconstitutional last
year by litigators fighting a subpoena in a
tax case. U.S. federal judges are now actively
obstructing the challenge, which is based in
part on standing decisions of two state supreme
courts; these courts held that America has two
classes of citizens, recognized in law. If the
challenge is allowed to progress, every federal
grand jury indictment since the Civil War in
1865 would be put in jeopardy. Litigators are
now offering a political compromise by stipulating
that the inferior class of federal citizens does
not have legal standing to bring the challenge
in the first place. At least, this will provide
a common ground for further negotiations. All of
this has cast the grand juries of the several
States into a completely different light. They are
now emerging as the key Citizen bodies who will likely
be reining in the federal government from now on.
Federal grand jurors are chosen from only one of
the two classes of citizens, thus proving an
obvious and unconstitutional class bias which
nullifies all their decisions, without exception.
Some states of the Union also have the same problem
with their state jury selection procedures as well.
A letter will arrive in the Oklahoma Capitol this week,
which could well mark the beginning of a new level
of cooperation among legal activists from disparate
states of the American Union. Oklahoma journalists
are already dumping undue criticism on the idea.
Stay tuned; the Fat Lady has not sung yet in Oklahoma
City.
