But, those abbreviations will get you in trouble
with federal judges, and with the IRS, because
you are accepting the benefit of one of their
corporate commercial inventions, at the expense
of forgetting the Republic.  This is something you
may not want to do, once you understand all the
implications.  See Howard Freeman's classic essay
entitled "The Two United States and the Law" in the 
Supreme Law Library.

Simple communications have a habit of
showing up in court cases.  I have seen it
happen over and over.
