Hello Hughie,

The next paragraphs may be more than you need, but here
is my good faith attempt to answer your question:

Alleged criminal violations of the Internal Revenue Code,
which are being prosecuted in the wrong court, can and
should be removed into the right court, and the judge who
presided on the wrong court can (and should) be sued civilly,
in part by compelling production of his Oath of Office,
using the Freedom of Information Act. This will make it
necessary for the judge to recuse himself, for adverse
interests which create an irreconcilable conflict of interest.

A large body of evidence now proves that the federal
income tax is truly voluntary and, for this reason, no
one should be prosecuted criminally under the IRC. The
case of People v. United States et al. is pioneering this
approach, in order to compel production of the credentials
of all 633 alleged federal agents who rotated in and out
of the stand-off with the Montana Freeman in Spring of 1996.
The court of original jurisdiction to enforce the FOIA is
the District Court of the United States, not the United States
District Court, and not any state courts; the two federal
courts are entirely different.

Think of it as a boxing match. When the referee must put
on the gloves, he is no longer a referee, and a new referee
must be appointed. That new referee must also be qualified
to serve as a referee.
