Subject: SLS: States Rights?

You can use qualified ZIP codes: "/tdc".
This is protected by the First Amendment,
and it provides a reason for people to
ask you what it means. As such, it rebuts
the presumption that you have opted into
the municipal jurisdiction of Congress,
because the USPS is a municipal corporation.
Remember, Congress cannot create a corporation
in its capacity as the legislature for the entire
nation, but only in its capacity as the local
legislature for the federal zone, pursuant
to the Tenth Amendment.
