Miskell ("RLM") prepared and filed his supplemental application for order to show cause, on the very same day that the U.S. Postal Inspector arrived a second time to investigate the fate of the Registered U.S. Mail which never made it to the foreperson of the federal grand jury. Can it be that RLM was beginning to get a little nervous about having intercepted this Registered U.S. Mail, or was he simply covering for pass interference by the judge? This would be a good issue to give to a trial jury, yes? Anyway, tune in tomorrow for another exciting episode in: "The Kick-Back Racket: Performance Management and Recognition System" comes to your neighborhood federal courthouse, compliments of the New Life Health Center Company, an unincorporated business trust domiciled in the Arizona Republic. /s/ Paul Mitchell http://www.supremelaw.com p.s. If you want to read ahead, check out all the documents in the Supreme Law Library, and comb for clues. I have left little clues all over the Internet, if you have been watching and observing. Test your powers of observation. BTW, what "role" are you adopting for now? Are you the judge? the prosecutor? IRS "Special Agent" (oooo aaaaa)? Katy Higgins? U.S. Marshals? Don't be shy! Hand over those FRN's!! "Yer FRN's, or yer freedom!!" See you tomorrow. /s/ Paul Mitchell ======================================================================== Paul Andrew, Mitchell, B.A., M.S. : Counselor at Law, federal witness email: [address in tool bar] : Eudora Pro 3.0.1 on Intel 586 CPU web site: http://www.supremelaw.com : library & law school registration ship to: c/o 2509 N.
