HT,

This is the kind of response I am extremely
happy to see, because it only adds to our
growing knowledge of the truth. I like the
"onion" model, as we peel back layer upon
layer of deception which has been perpetrated
upon the American People. I like to think
that We are now very similar to Israelites, who
are about to say "so-long" to Pharaoh, Red Sea
or no Red Sea.

Wanna manna? :)

Many thanks to Ray Earnest for this beautiful
rebuttal, and rejoinder. Ray, you are to be
commended for such a succinct, yet in-depth
analysis -- not an easy thing these days,
when the signal-to-noise ratio is so lopsided
all over the Internet.

The distinction between general federal laws,
and federal municipal laws, is pivotal, I agree,
and certainly worth repeating over and over
(and over), until we all have the distinction
crystal clear in our minds. Certain attorneys
(who shall remain unnamed) have consistently
failed to answer my letters summarizing that
all-important distinction. Too bad: the matter
is discussed in the legal encyclopedias under
the subject of "law" [sic] (in the els).

As Everett C. Gilbertson's sentencing judge said,
"Edward C. Gilbertson, Sui something".
Everett answered, "Juris, your honor."
In a sentencing transcript that was
riddled with errors, this one vignette was
accurately preserved, for all time.
