Dear Clients and Qualcomm,

Please excuse me if this is an
inconvenience. My system went
haywire when I downloaded the
Eudora Pro 3.0.2 "dot rev" update
yesterday. I have been working
all day to fix it.

I seem to have fixed the major
problems, by starting entirely
from scratch, and installing all
factory disks, and dot revs,
in proper sequence.

However, the difference this time
was that I did all the installations
with no TSR's in memory (Terminate
and Stay Resident), except for
the Windows 3.11 Program Manager.

I was also very fortunate to have noticed
a message from Qualcomm's technical
support, who made this important
suggestion.

They get all the credit, I must say.
