Dear William,

Because of a long string of clients
who have chosen to believe a vicious
lie that I am some kind of government
"agent", and other such nonsense, I
am currently out a rather substantial
sum of fees which were never paid.
It is now getting difficult to pay
my rent, believe it or not. So, I will
share this mail with my colleagues
in the Supreme Law Firm, and see if
we can come up with some recommendations
for you. I would begin, as I always
do with government personnel, by filing
immediate FOIA requests for their credentials,
including but not necessarily limited to
their oaths of office, delegations of
authority, fidelity bond (or surety),
and licenses to practice law in the state(s)
whey they operated (if any). Once these
FOIA requests are filed, the clock starts
running on the responses. After 10 working
days (no weekends or federal holidays), a
timely FOIA appeal is filed. After 20
working days, all administrative remedies
are exhausted, and you are eligible to
compel production of the requested documents
in the District Court of the United States,
the court of original jurisdiction under
5 U.S.C. 552(a)(4)(B). I can share with
you here an electronic copy of the Citizen's
Guide to the FOIA/PA, published by Congress
in a rare moment of sanity. Be advised that
this Citizen's Guide is wrong about the court
of original jurisdiction; we have this on
authority of a federal judge in Arizona,
late last spring.

I hope this helps. Please pass this message
along to the people who need it.

/s/ Paul Mitchell
