I don't know enough of your schedule to do anything but guess about your hours outside of work. I have almost certain proof that my email to the attorneys in a federal "setup" case in Georgia is being monitored, intercepted, and possibly corrupted. One attorney could not receive any email from me for over 2 days, and now their computer has been hit with a virus, so they cannot even receive email now, because their hard disk was wiped. I need to send you some private hard-copy mail which descibes a program I am working on ("ugrr") and solicits your expertise in perfecting this program. We are looking for "representatives" in various rural cities, and Redding is one area where we have yet to develop a dedicated contact. There are other cities where the program is further along, like Reno, Nevada. How far is Reno from where you work? The rest of the details will need to wait until you can read the hard-copy. I apologize for being so vague, but the Georgia intercept is making us ultra-cautious, for reasons that should be obvious. It may be advisable for us to meet, perhaps in Redding or Shasta, to give the program a proper introduction. What are your ideas for the best mode of transportation? Is there a train from Reno to Redding, perhaps? Bus? I am standing by, and do appeciate your kindness. This development has come rather quickly, although not really by surprise any more. When you see what I have in the way of "program" highlights, you will understand completely. /s/ Paul Mitchell
