The proper procedure is to take
your material evidence, preferably
with affidavits signed under penalty
of perjury, to Mr. Kenneth Starr,
Independent Prosecutor in the
Department of Justice in Washington,
D.C. I have his address and telephone,
if you need it. I have already done
the same, with the material evidence
I had in my possession; now, it's
in Starr's possession. He can take
it to the special grand juries
which are already convened. This
will fulfill your duty under 18 USC 4,
and give your neighbors something
to talk about (if you want them to
know). Good luck. I am standing by.
