Dear Mike,

Yes, I knew that. I am bringing in
Richard McDonald, who will shed a
lot of light on the "State" governments
for us. I work the federal side of
things, and he works mostly state court
procedures. I would like to combine
our forces by removing your case into
the District Court of the United States,
on several de novo federal questions,
where the case is likely to sit for
quite some time, until we can reach
an acceptable compromise with the
U.S. Supreme Court over the temporary
assignment of DCUS judges whose
compensation is not being diminished
by federal income taxes. The Corporate
States are now accommodation parties to
the federal bankruptcy, which renders
them political subdivisions of the
District of Columbia; there is one good
federal question, in my opinion. See the
Buck Act and 31 CFR 51.2 and 52.2 for
proof of these "de facto" Corporate States.
