Phyllis,

Just for your information,
the Internet version of
The Federal Zone is a bootleg
version which was stolen from
me. Please read the copyright
restrictions in the Preface,
if you do download anything
from that version. You will
still owe me the shareware
fee ($25.00), if you do.
You will be better off with
an authenticated original anyway,
because the original files retain
bold, underline, and italics.
I spend many man-hours highlighting
key words and phrases in laws
and court decisions, to help the
reader decipher an otherwise
unintelligible code. I deserve
to have my copy rights honored
for all that work.
