Jim,

Yes, they are having financial problems.

I don't know if the Proxy Marketing Program
will shut them down, and I will not even venture
a guess at this time.

I can refer you to people who are working
feverishly to solve the problems that do
exist with it, upon request here.

You can always contact the Office of 
Consumer Affairs, State of Arizona,
in Phoenix, for assistance.
