Sooner would be much better.
I know it's Christmas time, etc.,
but we are desperate for funds,
and the defendants are desperate
for relief.  My hunch is that
Chief Justice Rehnquist is smiling
throughout all of this;  either that,
or he is fighting back a coronary.
We will find out;  law suits SHOULD
come to an end, sooner or later.  :)
