This was an exhibit in the Garfield
county case we filed to obtain a TRO
against the FBI against the use of
lethal force, and to enjoin the U.S.
from depriving Citizens of life,
liberty, or property, without due
process of law. Since the Freemen
surrendered, the TRO became moot,
but the injunction is still quite
on the table. We want to re-visit
the historic meaning of "due process
of law." That is the key here.
