Oh, great, John.
I am happy to hear that.

Yes, it was just a thought.

We can now move quite independently
of them, given that People v. United States
has been removed and docketed in the
District Court of the United States
in Billings. If they are truly free men,
they can join or not, intervene or not,
or do nothing. I will not attempt
to compel anyone, unless they have
a duty which they are failing to perform,
like paying a lawful debt for labor
performed to their complete satisfaction.

  What

If their performance to date is any
indication, I would tend to agree
with you.

  I will try to

Wasn't there a big case not too long
ago, in which several federal judges
sued on the inflation question?
I will need to pull some documents
from my filing cabinet, to see if I
can locate what I have.

...as I remember this applies to the FOIA hearing in

Evans v. Gore is a good place to start.
Then, we can Shepardize it forward.
Lord v. Kelley is another good one.
There is also an excellent UCLA Law Review
article on the question, loaded with
lots of good cites.
