Dear Americans,

Mandamus will lie to compel Dupnik to
comply;  the People are the Sovereigns
in the Arizona Republic, and if Dupnik
doesn't like this reality, he can face
a special recall election.  That is the
lawful way to show him who's really the
Boss around here.

BTW, I don't believe the Arizona Constitution
authorizes the Governor to veto voter
initiatives, but I would need to confirm
this with a careful look at that Constitution.
Does anybody here have the last word on
that question?  Thanks.
