Without ammunition, the People of the several States will be unable to defend themselves from foreign invasion. Now, if Congress has, in effect, already declared war upon the American People, when it defined them as enemies of the United States in the 1933 amendments to the Trading with the Enemy Act, then you are free to draw your own conclusions here. The proper civil action now is to file with the proper court, probably the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia, a Petition for Order to the President to Show Cause why his executive order should not be held null and void for violating the Second Amendment. For jurisdictional precedents, see Federal Trade Commission v. Klesner, 47 S.Ct. 557, 274 U.S. 145, 71 L.Ed. 972 (1927); Claiborne-Annapolis Ferry Company v. United States, 52 S.Ct. 440, 285 U.S. 382, 76 L.Ed. 808 (1932); 80th Congress House Report No. 308; Historical and Statutory Notes, 28 U.S.C. 88, District of Columbia. This is an Article III forum, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 88 and the holdings cited above ("supra"). /s/ Paul Mitchell At 11:05 PM 11/14/96 -0500, you wrote: >Hey folks.
