Harvey,

BATF's good ol' boys roundup;
there's your federal question.
We have traced BATF to a rogue
agency domiciled Puerto Rico
under authority of the Federal
Alcohol Act, which was declared
unconstitutional in 1935 by
the SC. So, we are well poised
to remove this action into the
District Court of the United States.
Mike needs to get me the entire
file immediately, so we can begin
preparing a Motion to Continue,
pending preparation of his new
Counsel of Choice (me).

I am standing by.
