Dear Mr. Adask,

Would you please be so kind as to 
print in your next edition a 
correction to Dan Meador's 
PUBLIC NOTICE / MEMORANDUM,
on page 46 of your latest issue?

In the first sentence of this
PUBLIC NOTICE, there is a reference
to "Rule 301, Federal Rules of
Civil Procedure, and attending
State rules".?

There is no such Rule in the FRCP.
My West edition of the FRCP shows
Rule 83 as the highest numbered 
rule.

There is a Rule 301 in the Federal
Rules of Evidence, however, and I
believe this is the correct reference
("presumed fact").

Your readers are entitled to know
the correct reference.  This error
continues to propagate in all of
Dan's published notices.

Also, the cover shows Volume 6, Number 1,
but the Table of Contents page shows
Number 4.  I am referring to the issue
which just came in today's mail, with
Capt. Joyce Riley, USAF (Res.) [sic]
on the cover.  

Should this also be "Ret."?
