Boxer case is People v. Boxer,
California Supreme Court, 
Case No. S-030016, December 1992.
California Supreme Court transferred
it to lower appellate panel, which
denied the Petition for Writ of Mandamus,
without written opinion.  But, Senator-elect
Boxer fell totally silent, thus activating
estoppel by acquiescence;  the filed
affidavits are now the truth of the case.
Therefore, the 16th Amendment [sic] is 
officially dead.  Details available
upon request.
