David,

Use a FOIA request, then
be prepared to litigate in the
District Court of the United
States, not the United States
District Court, to compel
production of the document(s)
you requested in the first
place. The federal government
will probably obstruct the
evidence, if past experience
is any indication of the future
you face.

For your information, a FOIA
request was recently responsible
for a written admission by an
official within the Department
of Justice that "U.S. Attorney"
Nora Manella in Los Angeles,
California, has no credentials
whatsoever. The original documents
requested were her oath of office,
delegation of authority, fidelity
bond, and license(s) to practice
law. Searches were performed in
the offices of the United States
District Court in Los Angeles, and
in the Executive Office of the
United States Attorneys in Washington,
D.C. (EOUSA). Manella, as you may
already know, prosecuted Margaret
Elizabeth Broderick et al. and won
convictions against Broderick for
using a bogus rubber stamp on her
Orange County lien. The stamp read
"U S CRIMINAL COURT" [sic].

Manella is also prosecuting Arizona
Governor Fife Symington on several
grand jury counts of bank fraud.
When the indictment was announced,
Manella flew to Phoenix to deliver
a press conference denouncing the
Governor. Her picture appeared
on the front page of the Arizona
Republic and other local newspapers.

I am prepared to share a transcription
of the DOJ letter I recently received,
upon receipt of polite requests here.

P.S. Where is Sheila Wallen?
I need to subpoena her as an
eyewitness to slander and obstruction
of justice, and possibly also to
assist her with a Habeas Corpus.
