Has anybody checked to see if the
trial judge has the requisite 
oath of office?  It's pretty easy
to check.  Even if the judge did
take the oath, you can challenge
that oath for defending the wrong
constitution, pursuant to decisions
like Dyett v. Turner.  Moreover, the
War Powers Amendments are unconstitutional
because warring on the several States is
defined as "treason" in the organic
Constitution (the provisions over which
there is no debate at present).
