The Criminal Appeals Court ruled on it, by denying the Mandamus with no further explanation, and without ruling at all on the Petition for Leave to Appeal Interlocutory Order. I am juggling two computers with a dumb serial cable connecting them, so I have to juggle files and software a little bit to do that. Mike will get back to us both tomorrow with a case abstract of progress to date. Later. /s/ Paul Mitchell
