Mike,

Okay. Get some sleep.
Don't burn the candle
at both ends, because
we need you to have as
much stamina as you can
muster. THAT'S AN ORDER!! :)

Dale,

This was filed the Friday before
Mike's sentencing hearing.
The Criminal Appeals Court ruled
on it, by denying the Mandamus
with no further explanation, and
without ruling at all on the
Petition for Leave to Appeal
Interlocutory Order. I will
find and forward my latest think
piece on the Kemp case, as soon
as possible. I am juggling two
computers with a dumb serial cable
connecting them, so I have to
juggle files and software a little
bit to do that. Mike will get
back to us both tomorrow with
a case abstract of progress to date.

Later.
