First of all, I think that this is nearly impossible. That ticket is for almost twice the speed limit and considering the traffic and the rain, I don't think so. I was maybe doing 55-60, but then I don't know since I was eating. Then that cop was just ruder then anything. His tone of voice and word choice was inapropriate and then he suggested that I go kill myself. In Army Rank, that guy was only a corporal and I think that he tried to be a suppppper cop and get on my case cause I'm only 18. I'm a go after this guy(in court) cause he just should not be a cop. If you got any bookmarks or any advise on book that I could find some regulations to nail this guy with, please write me.
