The only reason you recieve a ticket is because you
have signed on the dotted line.
Like signing a contract.
You break a rule (and I mean a RULE not a law)
they (state boys)slap your hand with a fine.

In Ohio there is a publication about court procedure. In the book all traffic violations are labeled as RULES.

There is a Guy in Cleveland (J. Smith) with no drivers lic. He recieves tickets all the time.
Goes to court with a buddy (crazy Rick Schram)
Now remember the ticket states "appear" date/time.
Mr. smith appears w/ Mr. Schram and they never ID
themselves. After they appaer they disappear out side and sign Affidavit. Then Mr. Schram walks back inside to record them w/ the clerk (time stamp).

The rest in history because Mr. Smith refuses to give JURISDICATION to them.

Later,

Moxie
