PASSAGE OF DEADLINE
TO WHOM IT DOES CONCERN:
Copyright violators, you are now in default.
Please be informed of the addition information
which follows here:
We have used a rigorous, unbiased, and systematic
methodology for obtaining verified evidence of
probable cause to charge various Internet users
with civil and/or criminal violations of My
exclusive copyrights in "The Federal Zone:
Cracking the Code of Internal Revenue."
See the criminal penalties for copyright
violations in Titles 17 and 18 of the
United States Code.
I am the sole Author of this work, under a
pen name (just as Mark Twain was the sole author
of several famous literary works, also under a
pen name).
As of 5:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time, on Friday,
July 31, 1998, all suspected violators were
served with electronic notices and demands to
remove ALL remnants of "The Federal Zone" from
anywhere on the Internet, and all remnants of
any derivatives of "The Federal Zone," including,
but not limited to, ALL links to copies and
derivatives, and ALL pointers to same in the
index databases of all commonly available
Internet search engines (e.g. Alta Vista,
Excite, Infoseek, and such).
You are hereby notified that refusing specific
performance, demanded of those recipients by our
NOTICE AND DEMAND, will give us probable cause
to proceed against such individual(s) with
judicial enforcement of My exclusive copyrights.
Please be informed that there are presently
so many violators, it is financially prohibitive
for Us to serve written notices via Registered
and/or Certified United States Mail upon each
and every one of the suspected violators and
their respective Internet Service Providers.
Therefore, administrative remedies now appear
to be exhausted.
