Ah yes, how convenient, interpretation of the terms Citizen and United States changes to suit our views. Isn't it interesting how we cite our own briefs in a court case appealing the last case we LOST? This is supposed to pass for an authoritative source of legal matter?? Give me a break!
The truly sad part of the whole thing is that Mr. Gilbertson will eventually wind up in jail for making the mistake of accepting your 'advice of counsul'.
