Your assumption is wrong, quoting now:

: : : I assume by 'federal' citizen you mean one who lives within Mr. Mitchell's "federal zone",

Citizenship is a political status, and the
choice of political status is governed by the
First Amendment, i.e. freedom of expression,
and the Right of Expatriation. Again, all
pertinent cites are published in Gilbertson's
OPENING BRIEF.

One can be a federal citizen without living
in the federal zone, just as one can be a
Citizen of Arizona state and live in California,
or any other Union state, without relinquishing
Arizona citizenship.

So, it is evident from your erroneous statements
here, that you do not understand the essence
of federal citizenship.

Everything based on your erroneous assumption(s)
thus fails, for this reason.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
