Why don't you go check the nearest flagpole for conformation that your former now non-existent State is being ruled (LEGALLY) with the consent of the masses by the Fed.'s ?
It sounds like your problems of improper taxation by a foreign government could be resolved by the intervention of Arizona state (nation) military forces!
Under the law of war which is a branch of the law of nations I would definitely call up Arizona state military forces and kick these frauds out of my nation (State)!

Maybe Bill Cooper could surprise attack the IRS with a U.S. CODE MILITIA (FEDERAL) submarine attack beneath the sands of ya all's minds!!!!!
Maybe the Arizona state AIR FORCE could surprise attack the Fed.'s with hang-gliders dropping cow-dung and psychological operations leaflets concerning the Supremacy Clause of the "Constitution for the (foreign) UNITED STATES!!!!!!
