Paul Andrew Mitchell,

I must say that I am dissapointed in your declaration toward our adversial friend Martin, or MARTIN (as the construct debate is yet unsettled).

While I agree his tone is presumptive and mocking [to which I have spoken to him privately in that regard], I must confess, for my part, I am disappointed in you choice to expell him.

Notice and opportunity to defend in the course of due process. It appears you have denied him this. To the heart of the matter as I see it, for the most part, you have failed to respond to the issue of International law being the supreme operative form in which the U.S. [under Lincoln's creation] has pursued the Republic states. I know of no state that was in existance that didn't rewrite their constitution to include the U.S. Constitution as the supreme law of the land. International law governs the prizes of war, and uses taxation to support it's military occupation. It is a matter of fact that there was never a treaty of peace signed at the close of the war between the states, that means something, to which I fail to see a response on you part.

Let's restrict the behavior, not assasinate character, this leads to petty bickering and is devisive at it's heart. MARTIN - that goes for you too.
