I have as close personal friends a couple who joined "Save a Patriot", an organization that says U.S. citizens don't have to pay the income tax, however, after several years of answering mail from the IRS, having liens and levies placed on property, and trying to deal with those problems, it is my belief that the non-resident alien status is the correct one for Christians born in America. (We are in this world but not of this world.) It seems that a lot of their problems were caused by claiming to be "U.S. citizens".

If the non-resident alien status is correct for us in regard to the IRC, I think it would probably apply to a lot of other things too. For example, given the proper procedure for handling the respective actions, I don't believe state Citizens are liable for property taxes, driver's license, concealed carry permit, (a licence or permit is a permission to do something which otherwise would be illegal). I believe state Citizens have rights (as in the Bill of Rights) and fourteenth amendment "citizens of the United States" have only privileges and immunities. Privileges can be revoked by the same authority which granted them. Rights are God-given and cannot lawfully be taken without one's consent. (I think we do have a lot of "law enforcement" who act unlawfully, assuming we are all fourteenth amendment citizens, or ignorant of the difference.

The book "The Federal Zone" is great. I just downloaded a shareware version and began to read it, it looks great. I think a lot of the red tape that tends to bind us is for "citizens of the United States", we just have to learn how to operate properly with regard to Law in our capacity as state Citizens.

All this is only my opinion!

Thanks,
Brenda
