Phil wrote this to me this afternoon
I felt it was important to
share his insight with the forum.
There is nothing wrong with telling Babylon
who and what you are. The basic
problem is that Babylon does not
recognise who and what you are because they
have chosen to tell you who and what you are,
WITH YOUR CONSENT. Implied or
otherwise. When anyone enters Babylon for
anything the pawns of the system
automatically label you, telling [notice] you who
you are TO THEM.
IF you accept that label then you have given your
consent. Therefore, it is
very important at that time to NOTICE
them as to who and what you really are.
It is at that time the affidavite can be
used as evidence. When done
properly, it must be accepted.
Babylon has now accepted YOUR description of
who and what you are.
A point I must make to Charles is about
his reference to the label, Citizen.
To be labeled Citizen is consent to accept
all the privileges and immunities
offered by Babylon.
The same rule applies to the use of Royal Law etc.
I may have been unclear in my use of
"due process" because this describes
Babylon rules and procedures.
We actually refer to it as "People Friendly
Due Process" which is based on Peoples Law.
We have effectively "petitioned"
Babylon with TRUTH that is WITNESSED.
This principle was tested out in an
application for a Grant of reclassification for
a lower property tax. When
we entered a Notice in lieu of Application the
County Tax Assessor found
himself powerless to perform.
It was then our problem to get our tax
reduction only through application.
Babylon is restricted and mandated to
only use one form for one purpose.
We quickly realized that we totally
controlled the input in all the blank places.
However, our recorded Notice
is precedent to its filing.
This is another story of effective use of
Babylon without giving up your rights.
Charles, what you personally do will
have an effect on your new grandchild.
Peace to all.....Phil
