If you file a form, you are declaring yourself a
"Taxpayer"... the correct questions are:
What is the subject of the tax?... Is it direct or
indirect?
If direct, is it apportioned?
If indirect, where is the specific statute that makes
me liable? where is the specific statute that "taxes"
my activity????
