Schiff appears to have a jolly time suing certain
agencies: while he/they might/might not answer your
question unless you buy something (they have
books starting at $16.00, some less I think), you
might try calling Irwin Schiff's group...some of his people might
know off top of their head (1-800-taxnomo.)
