: "Clearfield Doctrine" I'm trying to get as much information on state court
: and the IRS to see if I can sue them in state court.
: Thanks,

In Arizona, the Arizona Rules of Court,
as published by West Publishing Company,
exhibits clear evidence of two state
superior courts:

1. SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA

-and-

2. SUPERIOR COURT OF ARIZONA

This runs in direct parallel to the
two levels of federal district courts,
respectively:

1. UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT

-and-

2. DISTRICT COURT OF THE UNITED STATES

I would expect that it will make a
difference which court you invoke.

For some background, read "Karma and
the Federal Courts" in the Supreme
Law Library here.
