I am familiar with most details concerning the foreclosures on many Hawaiian sovereigns' homes. I know of several court actions that have been relatively successful (the families are still in their homes) but a complete win (judgment in favor of) has not been achieved to date - tho no case has been determined final yet or need for an appeal being taken.
